Direct bank (POLi)
Using a bank account to pay for your transfer is usually the least expensive option. However, please note that your order may be delayed as we will release it once the funds have been deposited in our account.
When you choose Direct Bank as your preferred payment method, you will be redirected to log in using your bank account details with POLi. POLi is a secure payment solution that allows you to easily send money online using your personal bank account. Using a push payment process, money is deducted directly from your bank account
Pay in store
Quickly send money to friends and family from our Ria stores or partner locations. Here’s how it works:
When you choose ‘Pay in store’, you’ll receive a barcode. Take this barcode, your ID, and a payment method to a Ria store or partner location and pay for the money transfer. Please keep in mind that your ID is required and this transfer will expire if not completed by the time listed on the barcode screen.
Note: If your order goes under security review, it may be delayed up to 6 hours.
Refunds: If a refund is owed, a credit will be sent to the account you funded the order with. You can expect to see the amount in 3-5 business days for credit or debit card, 2-10 business days for bank accounts, and 10-15 days for cash orders (after you provide us with the completed refund form and a copy of voided check).
